Preparation and Application

Our specialist teams take time to prepare the surface to the required standards removing all contaminants and degraded coatings, utilising various hand or mechanical methods driven by the specification or environmental conditions. Techniques used include hand and power tool preparation, mechanical blasting clean using various blast media and hot water and ultra-high pressure (UP/UHP) water jetting. All work is closely overseen by experienced technical experts at every stage. The process is monitored by industry standard paint inspectors with all the relevant quality assurance checks carried out and recorded at every stage of the process.
